Kids Drama Camp: The Tortoise and the Hare

Kids, get ready to take the stage! Our Kids Drama Camp is coming this spring with an unforgettable production of The Tortoise and the Hare! This fun and meaningful children’s musical teaches about humility, reminding us that all our talents and abilities come from God. Follow the proud Hare who’s sure he’s the fastest in the forest—and the steady Tortoise who surprises everyone when he steps up to race!

Designed specifically for ages 6–12, camp runs March 23–27 from 3–8 PM, and the cost is $105 per student. A $25 deposit is due at sign-up, with the remaining balance due February 17. Auditions will be held January 17 from 6–8 PM in the sanctuary, and students should prepare both a spoken audition (with two different parts for variety) and a song audition. Links to the audition scripts and songs will be emailed after sign-up. A half payment is due by January 17, with the final payment due March 15.

Pre-camp practices are scheduled for March 4, 10, 17, and 20. Cast members may not miss more than one practice, and the final practice on March 20 is required for all.
